Training:

We offer training in all aspects of telecommunications and also provide tailor made courses. Our training services include:

  • Receptionist & Secretarial Telephone Skills
  • Telephone feature training on all handsets
  • Voice Mail User training
  • Switchboard Operator training

We also provide Training Needs Analysis and surveys of staff to measure their performance (see Surveys detailed below)

 

Our telephone survey service provides the client with previously unknown statistics. Surveys are carried out on staff by assessing their efficiency, attitude and service when answering the telephone. Such statistics enable the organisation to set standards in telephone communications and provides a team spirit to achieve high levels of customer service.

Surveys also assist the organisation by investigating how your clients feel about your telephony service. These statistics can be invaluable to the improvement of a company’s image.

Operator and internal user appraisals;

Often Operators and internal users are not utilising the telephone system effectively. This can be for a multitude of reasons and it is generally due to lack of training. We provide an appraisal service that ensures users and operators fully understand the operation of the system they are using which in turn enhances business productivity.
