Crisis Recovery Services

Due to a specific requirement from some existing clientele, CommsCorp are able to offer a Crisis Recovery service, which provides clients with a backup operator/call centre service in the case of a crisis or emergency when all current services to your organisation are inactive, or an overflow situation is required due to the large volume of calls expected due to a specific event/project.

CommsCorp have the equipment and availability to cater for large call volumes to ensure that in such a case of emergency that a “business as usual” service is implemented providing callers with a seemingly invisible rerouting of calls to our call centre enabling continuity of call traffic with minimal disruption.

Procedures and specifications can be put in place with the various carriers to ensure that on such an occasion, all current services are redirected to a specific number at our premises, causing minimal disruption to current services until your organisations services are back up and operational.

We can also arrange emergency  teleconferencing services which, in an emergency situation such as a disaster, could be utilised to bring together various doctors, hospitals, engineers and related personnel at short notice, into a teleconferencing scenario, thereby enhancing the communications flow.

We ensure a professional and efficient service that reflects your organisations standards and procedures and can accommodate various levels of service, which would be agreed and established between our two organisations, to ensure that the level of service you require is achieved.

Crisis Recovery Service fees are priced on application due to the various levels of service requirements that various organisations require.

We would be delighted to discuss your specific requirements in greater detail, at your convenience, and look forward to establishing a solid professional business relationship between our two organisations in the near future.
